Please check, to acknowledge each of the following
Your door will be unlocked, the key and an information booklet with the Wi-Fi password and pool code will be on the table.
Check out is by 10 AM. We cannot accommodate any late check-outs.
Sorry no pets. There is an $250.00 charge if any pet is permitted in the cabinr pools.
Sorry, no one is allowed to enter the barn.The animals we own will be put out daily in front of the barn by cabin 12. Please do not try to visit the horses in the surrounding fields they are owned by someone else and are not part of the cottages .
Please bring your own pool and beach towels. All cottage linens are to remain in the cabin.
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. All music and outdoor activities are to be concluded by 11 PM
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in either pool without an adult supervising them at all times
Check in time is after 3pm. Please adjust your day to arrive after 3pm.
No Visitors are allowed to use our pools. Only registered guests are permitted in our pools
up to 2 visitors are allowed but all Visitors have to leave the property by 10 PM
you are not allowed to have more people/ adults in your cabin than the maximum advertised on our website.
There is an $80.00 fee for any extra person above the maximum occupancy per night
any damage including stained or dyed linens (hair dyes permanent or temporary) will be charged to your cabin
We require a $200 deposit if you booked by E transfer or have a current credit card on file
We do not allow any parties or large gatherings that may disturb other guests
